wow, it is the idler gear that is loose, the two camslook to be in the usual position. It looks like the pulley bolt outside of the case is loose or broken ?. The timing would be all messed up, hence no engine starting. But what other damage is done internally is the million dollar question, definitely a case for Billman250 or others to answer.

If I remember correctly when that pully bolt comes loose, you loose oil presure. What do your cams look like?

The cam gear bolt is backed out, did you loosen it?

He didn't loosen it, I can see the alum shavings from the chain tearing things up. Explains you TDC codes.

Not good man. whoever worked on your car should give up.

TIGHTEN THE LOOSE CAMWHEEL BOLT! you may get lucky and save the top end, or you fried the cam towers and camshafts.

Honestly I would pull the TCT out, cleam the bolt and make sure all looks good, then tighten the cam bolt and check your cam timing via the marks. you need to know how to disassemble the TCT and pin it to do this.

If you are not 100% sure you can tighten this bolt properly, get someone to help you. That one loose bolt will destroy the entire top end, and possibly the entire engine.
