Have you tagged any curbs or pot holes? If you have a bent control arm, get it fixed. Aside from that, I think someone has the +/- backwards on the caster. The S2000's caster doesn't have enough adjustability to go below 4 degrees. I suspect that the alignment tech was turning the cam bolt all the way in the wrong direction (this happened to me once).

I don't think there are any aftermarket control arms, but you could probably check yours with a straight edge for bends.

Did the possum live?

.... look into getting a new right lower front control arm and then an alignment from someone who know WTF they're doing. Should have been able to get more neg camber out of the rear but maybe he couldn't because he had so much toe dialed in back there (1/4" total is what I run, 1/8" per side)
Also, the 1/8" toe out on the front w/ only 4 deg of caster and low profile tires is probably causing your "tram-lining" ..... you tried driving the 520 bridge? That would suck w/ your current settings. I run Zero (ever so slight toe in) on the front w/ almost 7 deg of caster.
