Alignment or steering wheel problems?

You always want the higher caster on the right side to compensate for road crown. But 1 degree is excessive especially the opposite way, that is one of the reason it pulls. I usually leave mine even or a .2 split at most with the driver's side lower

This sounds like the exact same problem I had a few months back with my EPS. It would seem like the alignment is off. Also the steering pulls easier to one side then the other. I had my unit replaced with a used one and everything is fine now.

Dealer has plugin diagnostics unit that will read the code(s).
Most of what I suggested before is electrical. But that doesn't rule out the rack being off center as well. Since the steering wheel has been taken off, unless you are absolutely sure it was reassembled correctly, that's worth checking too.
