Alignment specs for aftermarket wheels/tires with stock suspension?

Default Alignment specs for aftermarket wheels/tires with stock suspension?
Rims are 17x7.5 front with 225/45/17's and 17x8.5 with 255/40/17 in the rears. Offsets are +48 in front and +54 in the rear. Question is how appropriate is stock alignment to my set up? Should I go with different alignment specs? What would you recommend for street/track use? If you have a recommendation can you be specific so I can bring it to the shop?
