Default Alignment Question

Rear toe spec is listed as in total 6 mm or 0.25 inche. How do you translat this setting to degree and minutes? This does not make sense to me for the amount of toe in is an angular measurement. A mathematics explanation would be appreciated. Thanks.

3mm per side is about 0.27 degrees or 16 minutes. The forumla is Arctan((3/25.4)/24.7). 24.7" is the tire diameter and (3/25.4) is the toe setting in inches.
