Default alignment issue after accident

I recently went back to OEM springs and shocks. The car has been in a accident a few years ago on the driver's side: front and rear.

I went to get an alignment today and the tech could only get the left rear camber to -1.1 degrees (would have like to have gone to -1.5)
He recommends getting camber kit.

Also, they could not adjust the caster in the front: 7.2 left and 6.3 right.

Do both of these scenarios seem right?

1. Needing a camber kit to adjust to factory settings
2. Not being able to adjust the caster

Thanks in advance for your response.

In the rear, you likely have a bent knuckle or a-arm.

In the front, you likely have frozen caster adjusters. Very difficult to free them up without prior experience in doing so.

The shop didn't know how to adjust the caster so I will have to try a different Firestone shop.

Can the camber problem be a quick fix using a after market camber bolts like the one from Eibach?

Could have a bent knuckle or a-arm be the reason my car doesn't sit evenly?
left rear is a bit lower than the right.
