Default Alignment After Lowering?

I had H&R springs put on my00 about a week ago and I went to have it aligned today and I was told that they can only do it to factory specs and things will be off. Is this true? I was told that I should have had a new alignment spec sheet sent with my springs and I didn't so I'm getting a little worried. Have any of you had issues with this? Is there anywhere I can go to get new specs?
Thanx,
Alex

You should still be able to have it aligned to factory specs, unless something is bent. However, for better performance, you can go with more aggressive specs. There are lots of opinions about what the best specs are, but generally you will want something close to:

Front: 6 deg caster, 0 toe, -1 deg camber
Rear: .25" toe IN, -1.5 deg camber

Alright I was a little worried because it sounded like he meant there should be a new set of specs for the springs.
Thanx,
Alex

Keep in mind that the specs I listed are kind of an average of preferred "performance street" specs. Dedicated track / autocross specs would be much more aggressive.
