air intake seal

Default air intake seal

the seal on my air box came off , can this negatively affect hp the same way taking your air box cover off ?

Running lidless loses performance simply because hot underhood air gets sucked in, instead of cooler outside air.

So while loosing the seal will probably allow some hot air to get in, its not going to be ear what lidless would allow.

Which one? There are 4. Two on the lid, one on the front and one on the right?......

None make a big difference as noted by the other poster. The two lid to base seals for an '00 are still available from Majestic Honda for like 15 bucks. Shipping will kill you so pick up some PCX-004 oil filters or other things you need while you are at it.
