07 ap2, completely stock minus exhaust that has been on since I bought the car a year ago. When I first owned it, the AC worked flawlessly, every time i needed it to.
Now, the AC only works whenever the ambient temperature is below I'd say 75 degrees. I can feel that the air coming from the vents is considerably colder than the ambient temperature. AC condenser clutch spins whenever AC button is pressed, as well as RPM's reacting as they should. Condenser fan comes on as it should whenever AC button is pressed. All AC pressures seem to be in order from what I was able to piece together from going through all of the threads pertaining to AC not working on these cars. I'll be able to check tomorrow and post pressure levels between high and low side though. Acceleration and speed seem to have no effect on the problem that I'm able to tell. the problem has been consistent since last July when it started, but then the winter arrived and the heat works flawlessly. I just need an Idea of where to start instead of just throwing money at a mystery, but with 100 degree temperatures lately in Louisville, AC would be fantastic. Thanks for any help you can give, I'm mildly experienced with mechanic work, I've just never had a need to work on AC as this is the first car I've owned with it.

Check your charge level, Honda compressors are notorious for leaks. You could just need a top off. With low system pressure ya ain't gonna cool much. System takes between 19-21 oz and you should be around 96psi on the high side. It costs about $150 to get a real ac service with proper equipment.
