i saw a unit that had coiled an aluminum ac hose inside the intake tube.the dyno showed up 30hp gains.it was on a viper.can find a website it was a long time ago.

i think my freon line method may work. The AC doesn't even have to be on all the time as the metal will take a good amount of time to heat back up. Instead of doing lines in the intake, just use the existing plumbing in the TB and manifold. A hondata insulating gasket is a must.
