Air bag seams rippling !?

Anyone have this happen? Shouldn't it be covered under warranty? I'm being told this is merely "cosmetic."

I've got a little of that on the passenger side. I don't think any dealer will replace that though.

I'm a Honda tech.

Sadly we don't replace that since it literally is cosmetic, it doesn't affect the airbag operation. Stupid, I know, but we don't do anything about it.
