I have even used the Redline additive to see if that helped.

LOL, apparently you drive fast enough to shed brake calipers, I'd say that's just about fast enough for this test

How much of the Redline FM did you add?

Back the car up some ramps and cram the rest of that bottle in (it'll go if you got the front end down hill), just don't get any of that stinky sh!t on yourself or Peg won't let you back in the house

We used Honda diff fluid for the break-in period and Kaaz went in right after that. I haven't tried any additives.

Well, you're supposed to use the Kaaz fluid for break in as well, but I really couldn't tell you if that's why yours is so clunky.

All I can say is mine completely stopped clunking about a week after I installed it. It started getting clunky again after about a 200 mile mountain run. I changed the fluid (it was pretty burnt) and it got smooth again. Haven't had any trouble since then. You can feel it's there under hard driving, but it doesn't make any clunking under parking maneuvers like you're describing.

I use only the Kaaz oil - no additives. I've always been told not to f*ck with the oil mixture - just use 100% Kaaz oil. I've followed that recommendation and had no trouble with mine.

RT - I didn't notice any change in the amount of play on the axle inputs.
