Well, you're supposed to use the Kaaz fluid for break in as well, but I really couldn't tell you if that's why yours is so clunky.
All I can say is mine completely stopped clunking about a week after I installed it. It started getting clunky again after about a 200 mile mountain run. I changed the fluid (it was pretty burnt) and it got smooth again. Haven't had any trouble since then. You can feel it's there under hard driving, but it doesn't make any clunking under parking maneuvers like you're describing.
I use only the Kaaz oil - no additives. I've always been told not to f*ck with the oil mixture - just use 100% Kaaz oil. I've followed that recommendation and had no trouble with mine.
