Default after clutch install, clutch has zero play.

Just a question regarding clutch pedal adjustment.... I installed a new (AP1 rather than ap2) flywheel, and a new clutch and pressure plate in my 06. Also deleted the cdv. With respect to all the changes, is there a way to adjust the play in the clutch pedal ? I am either engaged, or disengaged when the clutch is pressed, I would prefer a little more play in the middle, as the top 2/3 of the pedal do absolutely nothing. Possibly I just need to get used to the set-up but just a thought. Thanks!
