Looks like the sensor is pointing uphill to me, exactly like Slows2k suggested.

The sensor needs to be mounted in the same orentation as it it on the Convertor.

PROBLEM FIXED!
The connectors some how got disconnected, so I simply plugged them back in and reset the ecu and no cel! Thanks for the help guys. And slowsk, Im a visual learner myself

Unplugged sensor throws the same code. The Catalyst monitor won't run with a 02 heater DTC stored.
