Spark plug gaps can be out of spec anywhere after 50k-100k miles, so I would check them, my factory plugs were out of spec right around 58k miles so I replaced them at that point rather than waiting to 100k miles. Service limit is 1.3mm on plug gaps. You would not need to get a new tune, and oem plugs should not be re-gapped, just replace them when necessary.

Does anyone has the experience with Delphi GN10370 coil packs? (such as ... My link). Says they are engineered to OE specifications. They look exactly like Denso 673-2301. Fit lots of Honda models and most S2000s. Made in Canada. The Delphi name seems reputable and cool. I know... Denso can do no wrong, of course, and Delphi is not any cheaper. But wish to hear opinions on an alternative coil pack other than Denso.

Finally, something went bad on my car, had a coil pack go bad.
This is important info, and also the reason I don't run a coil cover.
I immediately locate the bad pack by unplugging the INJECTORS one at a time. Once located, LEAVE the injector unplugged.
I then limped the car to auto zone safely on 3 cylinders with a flashing CEL.
Asked for a 2003 coilpack, said he could order it.
Asked for a 2004 coilpack, he said it won't make a difference, but it did. In stock

1 coil is literally the only non wear and tear type part that's ever broken on my S in 236k miles. Happened at around 175k. I bought a used Ap1 replacement with low mileage for $25 and it's been fine ever since.
