do not use those no name made in china or mexico aftermarket parts, they have a potential to fail quickly. Get the Denso replacements, made in Japan and much cheaper than the Honda parts with them being the same basic parts.

yeah, i figured. I'll stick with the Denso parts.
Is it best practice to replace all 4, or is it OK to just swap the 2 cylinders that are coding? Not trying to be cheap, but i also don't like spending money i don't need to.
I'm not 100% certain the coils are causing the misfire, but i'd like to troubleshoot what i can before having to take it to pros. Also going to clean the VTEC solenoid and replace its gaskets while i'm at it, mainly for my own peace of mind.

Finally, something went bad on my car, had a coil pack go bad.
This is important info, and also the reason I don't run a coil cover.
I immediately locate the bad pack by unplugging the INJECTORS one at a time. Once located, LEAVE the injector unplugged.
I then limped the car to auto zone safely on 3 cylinders with a flashing CEL.
Asked for a 2003 coilpack, said he could order it.
Asked for a 2004 coilpack, he said it won't make a difference, but it did. In stock
