AFC Neo with wire hareness
I have installed the AFC Neo with the plug and play wire hareness from boomslang, i get a CEL and the car does not rev over 6000!! I assume i have the vtec solenoid code (although didnt check it) ... once i remove the afc neo and wire harnesss the car is normal!! The tuner was baffled and doesn't know what could be the issue ..... i reset the ecu while the afc neo was connected but the CEL comes back again after one second!! Any one experienced this??

No idea what the problem is, but the 6k limit is most likely the car going into self protect limp mode. Maybe the o2 signal might be outside the limits of the ecu's safety margin, making it think it's a bad o2 sensor?

Yep. Sounds familiar. I bought one to tune the SC with on the dyno but I kept getting that code over and over again even after resetting ECU, playing with all settings for hours. Its probably the plug and play. Best bet is to hardwire it.
Your losing power up to 30rwhp -50rwhp with that code. Did some dyno tests on it. We ran a code and it said VTEC solenoid. I was still able to rev to 9k though.

I honestly doubt it's the harness... I've got the exact same setup, and it's probably just your settings on the AFC aren't correct.
There are a couple things you're supposed to do to the AFC after installing but before starting the engine. Go back through the manual, and reset the thing... then set it up properly.

I bought the boomslang NEO unit the day it first posted on their website last year so could have been 1st run prodcution issues or in compatibility with the Supercharger.
I had a original VAFC and the VAFC boomslang harness when I was N/A and had no issues when setitng it up and reading manual.
The tuner shop tried to use the NEO setup/settings and same thing with the CEL. We just figured it was a bad harness or the harness did not work right with the SC.
