Mine makes a humming noise. It made a humming noise with the stock box and the lid off. It's normal. Like a woooooooooooo (constant) noise.
In my garage, it's deafeningly loud lol. Normal.
op: yes, it will fit. You should reset the ECU so that it can figure out optimal fuel trim with the new mod. No it will not run lean.
