AEM V2: Whinning sound?
I have a 2002 S2000 with the AEM V2 intake. When the car is idling, the intake makes a whinning sound (almost like a small jet engine). I thought it was coming out the exhaust. After closer inspection, I realized the sound was coming from the intake around where the filter is.
Is this sound normal (maybe I never noticed it before) or does this mean there could be something loose? I checked everything and it looked fine. Or could this be some other issue?

Thanks. It sounded normal but the paranoid person in me wanted to double check because I don't remember hearing it when I first installed the intake.

Yes, I've heard the whistle also that seems to occur when you first apply gas. After the engine revs up a bit it either goes away or is camouflaged by the engine sound.
