AEM V2 into a 2007
Hey guys,
i purchased an aem v2 intake yesterday and installed it but there wasnt a tube thats supposed to connect to the second connector on the part of the intake that connects to the throttle body, i tried using a rubber grommet to fit the IAC sensor but i saw that a tube is supposed to fit onto the small tube. any help would be appreciated guys.

It looks like this right?
The pic shows an AP1 but for your car, the IAC sensor with the grommet goes where the pic has a hose on the right side of the pipe.
Shouldn't be anything else to it.
I think I just got rid of that whole metal piping garbage and ran a small hose for the coolant and a straight hose for the valve cover evap (like show on the left side of the pipe in the pic). You should be able to follow the path and see what I'm talking about. The metal contraption just has 2 paths held together.

The hose on the left that goes from the intake to the valve cover is for oil evaporation.
Basically it relieves the pressure if there is any built up in the valve cover.
The hose that runs next to it on the oem welded bracket thing is a coolant path from the engine that goes to the throttle body. It is used for freezing weather to warm up your throttle plate. Many of us in the south and west completely remove this path.
