aem ems v2

So I just installed the aem fuel pressure regulator and aem fuel rail.
It wont let me adjust pressure to more then 40 psi on the regulator without the vacuum line
I set it to 40psi on static/ with vacuum line on, its at 30 psi

anyone know where I could buy the orifice aem is supposed to provide? I didnt get them.
aem ems v2 is calibrated for rc750.
microbit/sec is set at 35
