Hey guys,
Sorry about the late response. We never received an email from this thread so we didn't know there were unanswered questions. It's also been a blizzard here in Portland, OR, and none of my employees came to work this week. Amber and I have had to do everybodies job this week so it's been very busy. Sean is tuning cars in Colorado and can't get home because the Portland airport has been shut down for 3 days. I just called him and asked him to reply to your questions as soon as he has a chance.
The AEM wide-band will last between 50,000 and 100,000 miles. They are very accurate as well. We tune with them along side our dyno wide-band and the results are identical.
As far as the extra cranking, that can simply be solved with a good tune. When Sean replies, hopefully he will reply to that effect. Our cars start right up without hesitation.
Yes, the coolant display on the dash doesn't work. Sean... can you elaborate?
Sorry again for the delay in response.
Chris.

Hey Chris if you could get Sean to post up the setting for getting ride of the cranking and cold start issues that would so much help. No need for timing for fuel maps settings just the settings for fuel at cold start or what ever it needs for solving the cold start issue.
Thanks
Henry

Sean got off one plane and on to another. He is now at the Tokyo Auto Salon in Japan. He called me and said he would post here as soon as he can get on the internet which will hopefully be within 24 hrs. He apologized for the delay.
Take care,
Chris.
