Default AEM ECU-OE Secondary Air Injection removal?

I bought a "block off plate" to remove the Air Control Valve and realized just how much equipment the Secondary Air Injection system includes...
In the interest of cleaning up the engine bay, just how much of this is needed? The car will never be CARB certified and is running a vortech blower, Comptech exhaust etc...

Can all these items be removed without needing another tuning session?

1. Air Control Valve
2. Air Control Valve Vacuum Control Solenoid Valve
3. Air Pump Relay
4. Air Pump
5. All hoses, vaccum lines, etc. that are connected to the above units.

Lastly, in the event there may be "open ends"...is a "cap off" recommended?

Thanks in advance.

You can remove all of that with no issues. the whole secondary system has NOTHING to do with a tune. I myself am doing this right now.

Do you plan on capping all extra open ends? Are you running a supercharger or turbo?

This is pretty involved...what are the dis-advantages of removing everything? We have a LOT that the secondary air pump is connected to!

I am running a COMPTECH SC setup. All you will need is a EGR Blockoff plate (I am making my own and will have a few extras made to sell)

The machined block off plate from IP is quite a nice piece and very inexpensive. Besides that you can remove alot of the hoses in the evap system aswell.

Thanks, guys..I wanted to do this while the car is up on jackstands for other work (suspesion, oil pan powdercoat and blower check-up at Vortech), but get nervous when I start disconnecting things when I cant hear or see a difference when each hose is pulled...trying to limit the amount of variables just in case something doesnt fire when back together.

Everything is out. WOW. Quite a lot of stuff once vacuume lines under fuel rail, vacuume canister on cross beam and air pump/hoses...

Not sure if there will be any issues with the open circuit lugs from air pump but will see once eveything is back together.

Will weight it all to share for you hard core autoXrs..
