$1827 is the 'sale' price on their website. When I called, I got a much different price than they quoted you. 
In fact, I ordered some 650 cc injectors, a 30-1052U AEM ECU, and a GM boost control solenoid earlier today from horsepowerfreaks. Right now, I have one of their salesmen trying to find an oil filter relocation kit for me.
For a price closer to $1600, here's another link.
