Default advice would be appreciated

My AP1 with approx 145k threw a CEL a couple days back after running a little off for a few days. The code said misfiring on all cylinders so I took to a local reputable mechanic (TC Performance in Arvada, CO) and he said cyl 2 is done for. The compression test came back at 120 on cylinder 2 and a 45% leak down..all others were fine...He quoted me approx 7,500$ for used motor and swap and 8,100$ for OEM rebuild...not even sure where to start...all suggestions are more than welcome and appreciated.

Thanks, Matt

Did the leakdown show bad valves, hg, or rings?
