alright guys here is what ended up happening.
We adjusted the clutch pedal to have zero freeplay and bled the clutch again and that seemed to fix the disengaging problem I was having but it was still kindnof hard to get it into gear initally so we then lubricated the input shaft and that fixed everything. The rough idle was due to the cel it was throwing because of the broken knock sensor. So now the car is running great. I thought I'd post the results just incase someonehad this problem and needed some guidance like I did. Thanks for all your help guys greatly appreciated.
