I went with the Spoon clutch/metal disk. Pedal feel is just like stock, but the grip is much stronger and the car feels more 'direct'. My S2K is a daily driver and I have no issues despite the stronger clutch and lightweight flywheel.
I replaced the stock clutch, metal disk and flywheel at approx. 5000 miles.

I got 30,000 off the OEM disc and then 7,000 of another OEM set (FW/PP/Disc) but only changed out for a Toda FW and an ACT PP. So I have an extra OEM FW/PP thats still good . . . But I would say that with the change the car is now the way it should have been from the factory, clutch pedal is a bit more stiff but OK for me.
Still using the OEM disc, it doesnt grab super hard but the ACT still clamps it well.
What I mean is that with hard shifts without a perfect rev match it will slip for a split sec.
So it pretty much lets you pull away from a light relaxed, but I have also found you can rev to 6k, preload the drivetrain by slipping slightly, and then let out quick(not sidestep) and break the wheels loose.
