Accident Oil Overfill

When I got my S used, I changed the oil right away, about 5 qts. About 3K miles later I checked my dip stick and it was under the "L." I poured in about 3 qts (didn't know that was overfilled) of oil and drove it for about 150 miles.
In any case, I hope that your engine is OK.

I watched a girl's boyfriend over fill her oil till the valve cover was full. I told him not to but he wanted to impress the girl with his vast amount of superior car knowledge, them 20 min later oil pump failed then about another few min engine started a knockin haha but hey looks like your good

My oil levels seem to play games on me. Sometimes I check at the gas station and I get below H mark and then the next morning it will be slightly above the H.
There's 5.4-5.6qt in there. Motor runs great. Never seen this happen before.
I must say, this dip stick is hard to read.

The angle of the car will affect dip stick level too. Even slight changes in inclination can make a difference of a cross-hatch or two. For example, a slightly nose down attitude will read lower than nose up.
