Bump this up again for a question.

What is the stock boost level pulley size for the Comptech Supercharger for an AP2 (MY2004), and what is the corresponding belt size and part number that is needed for this? Lastly, where would you recommend ordering these items from?

Just trying to get things lined up if I buy a CTSC orginally for an AP1 and need to upgrade it to make it work correctly on an AP2.

Thanks!

Just to let you know, i put a 4060370 for my 3.0 inch pulley on a Comptech and it didn't fit. I guess i am going to have to try a 4060380?

It's tight, but it fits. IIRC, the 38" belt has to be adjusted all the way out- no more adjustment- to make it work initially. After it stretches a little, you're done.

For Comptech:
4060400 Standard AP1
4060395 4.25inch
4060390 4.0inch(7#)
4060385 3.5 3.35inch
4060380 3.25inch
4060370 3.0 inch

That does seem like a big jump. From 4 inch to 3.25 inch is 10mm and from 3.25 to 3 is not enough for 10mm.

Have you thought about going with the 4060375?

Is 375 even available?

It'll take two people and some patience.
