Default Accesory Fuse or Accessory Socket

Well my accessory socket doesn't work. Car on or off, engine running and not running and on a variety of electronics.

First thing I did was pull the fuse and it looked fine. But regardless, I swapped it out for a spare and still nothing.

Everything else in the car works fine. Dome lights, turn signals, radio and etc.

The previous owner however did try to wire an amp and has two extra speakers behind the backseat. Previous owner is going to help me to get the amp set-up correctly (currently not installed but wiring is all there he said) Maybe that has something to do with the accessory plug? But that's going to be done at a later date.

Regardless, I would like to know how I can make that plug work ASAP. I would like to run a GPS or detector of some sorts but I cannot at the moment.

Default

Take the compartment off. The socket might be disconnected from behind.
