Acceleration vibration issue
I recently I attained stock ap2v1 wheels for my car. Correctly sized tires too.
The issue I'm having is when I accelerate in any gear the car vibrates as if I were driving on the noise strips on the Side of the road . I mean the whole thing shudders. And it's coming from the rear wheels. This started when I put the new rear wheels and tires on.
The tire shop swears they balance good. But looking at the wheels the little mark that you line up withy the valve stem isn't lined up with the valve stem. Tires have about 150 miles on them.
The mount and balance is under warranty. So I'm thinking I'll take them back and make them mount them my way.
Anyone have any other clues, ideas "hey check this part" ???
Thanks In advance

If it's only under acceleration, chances are good it's worn CV bucket(s):

No banding tool needed.
Bands are superior design, and can be released and locked with pliers.
Can be reused endless times. All bands should be so nice.

amen! those clamps are so good. just make sure you have some good strong man hands. if not use longer handle needle nose pliers. and you should get a ball joint tool ! oh and get your self a nice big cardboard cause its gonna get messy. and when you re pack it make sure you buy new CV grease. long handle wrenches will serve you well on this job. look at the torque specs for the bolts. ENJOY!

I have the man hands, wrenches and such. Do you have to remove the ball joint? You can't push the ends together to get it loose?
Should I buy some spacers? Or just swap left to right? I'm almost at 100k.
Mess is no big deal.
