Something real odd is happening here... every since I went FI I've had this issue I always thought its the AEM but upon doing a new rad install just recently I saw that the AC fan wont come on when I hit the ac switch. I know the fan and harness is not bad because both fans come on for cooling.. I've traced back the wiring and checked the relays and they all seem to be good... any ideas guys?

Check those settings within your ems? I ran into an issue some time ago in which my fans stopped coming on at all.
