reset ecu
Won't clear an ABS DTC.

EDIT: For the test pipe raspy sound? Why reset the ECU? Just to make it re-learn for a different test pipe?

quote from OP superfly
Also i changed out my megans test pipe becasue it was always rattling because the resonator and installed the berks test pipe w/ my invida the exhaust now the car sounds raspy and wierd is this because the test pipe isnt on all the way tight or can it be a different issue somewhere else let me kno. This is going to be an allday project tomorrow

he wanted info about that..

usually after each mod.. i reset the ECU .. to some it doesnt do anything or dont know what to look for..

4 years ago when i was younger and didnt know much about cars.. i installed an intake in my accord.. drove around for a week and remembered how loud the intake was

after i reset the ecu.. it got quieter and drove differently

Gotcha, I was aware the ECU "learns" just didn't understand the reasoning becuase he said he already had a test pipe, just swapped one for another. Actually at first I thought you were talking about the ABS DTC anyway, so I was just confused.

ABS light will probably not go out on it's own. Check your ABS DTC you will have a better idea of whats going on. Try this:
http://www.k-series.com/tech_detail.php?Tech_ID=CEL
Your ABS light not the CEL will blink out a DTC. After you know your ABS DTC and decide what to do you can shut off the ABS light without the dealer also. Whether it stays off or not depends on if the problem was actually fixed.

i know a few guys that messed up a few wheel speed sensor wires.. not on s2ks but other cars..

some have gotten another wire.. and just run their own wire/ bypassing the original wire. seem to work for them

if you can disconnect or wheel speed sensor and check to see if theirs continuity with a DVOM / ohms meter..

You have a DTC, check it before you start fixing anything. :-)

EDIT:

I'm sure that couldn't hurt either
