I'd sell you a HDS and you can find out for yourself. It's going to cost you more than the ABS modulator, which replacing isn't going to fix the car.

to fix this issue you would need a live data scan reader. These cost huge money and some don;t even scan ABS. Once you have one of these you would have to moniter your wheel speed sensors. Usually they screw up after the 60kph mark. its best to use a line graph to monitor the sensors because the voltage is so slight. if your ABS is coming on all the time that would mean to me that your actuator is screwed from driving while this issue is present. a solenoid is being told that it should be on/off in the wrong times. you should have taken this to the dealer ASAP. sounds to me like you've dug yourself a deeper hole.
