i got few question about the mugen intake.

1. if i do get it, besides taking off the stock intake, do i have to take anything else apart?

2. will it rub the hood?

thanks for any comment.

The hood. Use search to find a few "how-to" threads and you will get an idea what is all involved. The hood cutting part sounds worse than it is.

You will have to cut part of the underside of the hood, but it doesn't have to be as big as the instruction suggests. You will also have to cut part of the air guide between the bumper and radiator. Then you'll need to drill a few holes on the cross beam that sits below the intake.

Good luck.

i didn't knwo you have to drill holes in the cross bar.... that seems weird. i would assume mugen would make some sort of braket to make it fit. i need to find a goto garage bend pipe.

Mugen does supply brackets, but you have to drill holes on the cross beam to attach them.
