Default ? About Diff. Oil

I was wanting to know what is the best diff. oil to use for our cars. RedLine/Mobil1/Valvoline....I am fixing to change it out and I wanted to get a synthetic gear oil that will be better than the factory specs oil. Any info what be greatly appreciated.

check out the section on "Additives" and see what Lucas additive did to a perfectly good diff lube - I do not use additives, and if I were to consider one, I would test its miscibility in a beaker before even putting one drop in a sealed aluminum housing!
