He is talking about the belt tensioner/pulley mounted on the front of the engine. It will squeal when going out.
The card in the spokes sound comes from the TCT that maintains tension on the cam chain.

Your plugs aren't going to be the originals.. or at least, they shouldn't be. They should have been replaced in 2002ish due to the recall. So.. thats still 7 years, but mine have about 82k on them and they still look fine.

For what it's worth, I decided to check my plugs at around 27,000 miles out of curiosity since i got the car with 25xxx, to my surprise they were toast... literally they looked burnt all the way up to the insulation, everybody I showed them too were surprised. I would change them if I were you, there not the cheapest but I guess that depends on how deep your pocket is. If it matters my S is an 03 and the plugs were changed in 08.

Did you go back to NGK stock or something else..??

At 60k a fluid change is worthwhile. Diff every 10-15k miles, I like changing my MTF fluid every 15k as well but that's just me, I enjoy the butteryness of fresh tranny fluid. Check the suspension (shock, springs, bushings), but unless you drive harsh roads, they should last a while. The showa parts are top notch. Shin grease for all the rubber goodies. Am I missing anything..?? My original battery gave up at around 60k on my MY03, just a heads up.
