....and the next service interval is 60k. Although, if you just got the car I would suggest replacing ALL the fluids and filters so you know what you have and when it was put in.

Since you bought a used S2000, until you get the full list, you can't go wrong with changing all the fluids for now.
-Engine oil and filter
-Tranny fluid
-Rear diff fluid
-Brake fluid
-Clutch fluid
Except for the brake fluid job, all the others are written up in "How To's" in the FAQs at the top of Under the Hood. You will also find other maintenance items in that thread.
