It's 2010.
Any 0W/5W/10W-30 will do.
There are enough UOA's available on here that show dino 10W-30 oils shear down into a 20 weight, allthough the latest UOA's show it is getting better.
I've used a true full syn 0W-30 for 12k miles and it came out a 30 weight (at 10 cSt).
IMO there is no need for 40 weight oils in the F20/F22.
There is a video on the main page where they race(!) stock cars until the oil or coolant gets too hot.
The Interga used a 30 weight and stayed the coolest (of the Honda's).
In a rev happy engine (and I guess its safe to say "we" have one - apart from the AP2 owners that is ) you want the oil as thin as possible so more oil - quantity - flows through the engine at those high revs.
In our case "as thin as possible" means a 30 weight.
back-to-top.
Any 0W/5W/10W-30 will do.

There is no real difference to be noted between the two and I think it's over thought. A good synthetic will over the most protection.

In what universe is 8000 more than 9000?
In yours?

Sure your RPM band is a little 'longer', but let's not forget mines a little 'wider'.

What an engineering marvel: increase the displacement by 10% and get 10% more power to the wheels. I wonder how they were able to do it.
