From all I have read, 4.44 gearing sounds like a nice way to get more performance. Until more people get the Toda cam in, I think I am done with engine work awhile. Next mod will likely be the gears, but not soon.
This 'track' trim is going back to stock ecu, cat, premium gas until the next track event. Perhaps I'll get dyno with the street setup and see how it goes. I had to turn the adjustable fuel pressure regulator up to get less lean condition at top end, and I think with stock setup, the exhaust pipe will get fairly black, and the IK24s might be a liability.
UL points out that a lower vtec point should nicely broaden the torque curve. Too bad Mugen ecu can't be user programmed for this. I saw somewhere where a single lobe camshaft has been made for a vtec engine, using the higher profile; it might idle pretty rough.

Our HP numbers are very close but your torque is 5 ft lbs above mine. How much of that do you think might be from the lightened pullies?
