I have an 07 with almost 80k miles on it and recently 4th gear started to grind when down shifting from 5th to 4th. This only occurs when I am going round 30-40 mph and slowing down with the clutch fully depressed. Every thing else appears to be fine. There is no grinding in any other gear weather up-shifting or down-shifting, speeding up or slowing down. There doesn't appear to be any clutch slippage or clutch problems. Clutch fluid level is fine. I have not checked the transmission fluid level, but I do not see any leaks. I would also, assume that if it was low, I would have more issues than just grinding in 4th gear.
