ok so say you bought 4.77's and you did not like the gearing.
what size tires would you need to put on it to reduce the gearing?
what would be the tire that you would want to go with?

i'm bumping this in hopes to get some more info from those running 4.77's and sc. surely by now there are a lot more people running this setup than in 2003.
i've spoke with a few members already about their setup and they seem to love it... i want to know because i have 4.77's and a comptech sc/ac on the way from hardtopguy.
from everything ive gathered searching tons of threads and info... everyone who has 4.77's loves them.. everyone who doesnt have them says its too much. maybe some more people with the 4.77 FI setup can pitch in

With a strong supercharger setup I found the 4.44s were too low and went back to the 4.10s. 3.9s are looking better all the time.
I also would like to get longer gears for my setup... with FI not only will the short gears causing you to shift all the time be a problem, but also planting the power to the ground could end up being an issue. I think 4.77s are way to short to have on top of FI.
