Ok so I've finally decided to step it up and get some gears, and I think after reading everywhere since I'm staying N/A I want the 4.77's. That being said I recall seeing threads about installs etc. I'm wondering what potential problems, solutions to gear whine etc. I need to know.
Are there certain settings that have had success in the past etc?
Looks like the motorclausse 4.77's are my choice at the moment.
Any comments concerns information or advice?

I've searched and couldn't come up with much on the 4.77's etc.
Feel free to direct me to a thread if you know of one.

What I have noticed which is kind of weird is that people report the whining from the 4.56's and not the 4.77's.

not tryin to knock htg but it took over TWO months for my diff to come.... if you want it anytime soon, i'd probably look else where... my supercharger i ordered over TWO months ago still hasn't even come yet either, but that is shipping directly from comptech so not much i can do there. just a little bit pist that i wasnt given any heads up when putting my order in.

thats cause 4.57 are aftermarket manufactured. the 4.77's are OEM R&P.

No whine with my gears and there from Kia, Also parts like the spacer and lock nut etc.. i got straight from honda with no fitting issues.

I'm also looking to see if there is certain backlashing or spacing or whatever settings I should tell a shop about before I get them installed.
