The only places to sell the 4.57 is Rick's and Hardtopguy and they both source them from Richmond gear. You can try Rick's, but If HTguy is on back order, it's likely Rick's is too.

True (and I only found this out after I made my post here ) but the guy's in Puerto Rico and SOS is in Arizona, while HTguy and Rick's is nearer to the east coast as is Richmond Gear. Depends on how bad he wants them. If SOS has them, those gears would have to travel the continent twice to get to him (shipping).

Interesting. So I am about 10-12mph off. As at 4900rpm I'm at 90-92mph.

Guess I need to cutup those wires for the yellow box afterall

No! It's 4.57r's!

Which is why I was wondering why such the diff in posted speeds. I just drove this morning to verify revs/speed.

How did you determine your actual road speed? Those numbers you gave are in keeping with 4.77 gears.

I have yet to recalibrate speed. Yellow box coming next week. So this is just speed based on nothing modified, with the 4.57R's in.

@ 4900.. I am at about 90-92mph. Don't know what my actual is yet.

Gotcha. You're just seeing what the speedo says without the correction. I thought you had a bad Yellow Box and you weren't getting the right correction and that's why your were going to "cutup those wires". I thought you meant you were going to throw it away to get a new one.
