Marcucci and I used a couple bolts and nuts to step it out. We put one bolt through one hole on the output shaft, and another on the opposite side. Tighten one a couple turns, then tighten the other side a couple turns ... repeat until it comes out.

Just curious, what setting did you use on your yellow box? Are you just using a percent change to keep the speedo near the same reading, or trying to get it more accurate with a GPS?

Oops, just realized you might be talking to me.
The gears are about an 8% change in speedo error. Then, the stock car has between 1% to 2% error. I dialed in +9% and then got another S2000 to pace me at different speeds. This brought my speedo to almost exactly what the other car was at, so I figured I had about the same error as a stock car. I may get paced by a police car some day and find myself dialing in that last +1% and be dead on.

Ok, I'm shooting for the 8.25% (from the gear calculation). I'm trying to keep the same typical margin of error in speedos that car companies usually build in.

Why? In most cases it just increases depreciation and shortens your warranty.

I used a GPS system and came to a +11% difference with the 4.44s.
