Default 30k Scheduled Maintenance Cost

Can anyone give me a rough estimate of what the 30k mile scheduled service runs ?

yeah calling them is the best option. dealership prices vary a lot. they all have different labor rates, like the one i work at charges $88/hour for labor.

If you do it - $25
If Honda does it - $325


No offense to anybody who is a Honda mechanic, but IMHO the 30k maintenance is little more than a glorified oil change. Read the maintenance schedule and do it yourself.

Yea I had a 15k check done and they wanted to charge me like $70 I believe... When I pointed out to the service person that they couldn't possibly rotate my tires in any way she changed the price to 9.99.

Actually, rotating the tires is a good idea, if done correctly. You can greatly extend the life of the tires by removing them from the rim, flipping them over, then installing them on the other side of the car. This moves inside of the tire to the outside on the opposite side of the car. The tire will still be rolling in the correct direction.
