from what i have been seeing on here, the VAFC and SC or NOS is the only parts worth getting if you want to notice any significant gains in HP. exhast is only good for noise and to shed a few pounds..

What more is there to say? For two years I have been telling you guys that there is not much to be gained and a lot to be lost (Time, Money, Reliability, Warranty, etc...) in modding this car looking for HP gains. Without increasing displacement or forced induction there is little to be gained.
I got shouted down big time when I first said it back when,....now after many dollars have been spent suddenly my statements are starting to ring true to some of you.
Chasing down lost HP in the F20C engine is very expensive and almost sure to dissapoint you.
Know that going in.

If you were trying to compare the gains on the S2 to the gains on, say, a Civic, then yes, you were sorely mistaken.
Something else you might consider is heat soak. How long did the car run/idle before the actual dyno pulls? How many pulls did it take to make peak power? The car is immensely sensitive to ambient heat and heat soak; what temp was it that the baseline dyno was made at? Dynos correct for air density (if I'm not mistaken) but can't correct for the timing the ECU pulls out when the motor gets hot (and it gets HOT).
