Maybe one or more of your plugs gave out. Get them tested or put in new ones. Check your MAP sensor and do the "MAP whack" just for good measure. See how it runs in the morning. Random misfire codes have been known to come and go. Worst case scenario would be the ECU has gone bad.
You didn't do a bad downshift, did you?

It looks like you still have warranty. You would be well advised to take the car in and let the dealer check it out. If you have not mis-shifted or abused the car, they should fix it without hesitation. You do not want to be buying a new ECU on your own.

I'll try the plugs and MAP whack.,, should i put the same style and number plug in?
I moved the coils around but i cant seem to get it to lock in another misfire code... but it still doesn't run.. do you have any suggestions on how to find which one is miss firing?
do you think i should drive it if it isn't running all that good?
thanks for you help... i'll let you know if the plugs work

If it's running poorly, you should get it looked at by the dealer. If you start messing too much with it, you may jeopardize your warranty. Don't drive it for too long if it's running weird even though your CEL is not blinking. If it ever blinks, get the car towed in.

Your motor may have went boom. Mine did the same shit after I ran it on the top end. The first time the valve bent open. The 2nd tine I melted a hole in the piston. Checke the PCV valve and make sure there is no blow by. Then pull the pluges out and take a pin light and look in the Cly, I could see the bent valve. Take it to Honda and let them look at it. If you have stuff done to it take it off!! If the rear tires are gone get new ones. Remember, you never raced, miss shifted, or ran it hard. I worked at Honda for some time, They will check all of this. Also try to find a young Serv. advisor

Timmy,

So in the end what happened to your car? I'm pretty sure I own your car now... I bought it Honda Certified Pre-Owned.. so I hope everything is OK. If you'd like to touch base some time send me an email.. seery@dp.net.

Thanks,
Marc
