You first need to let a dealer diagnose the grinding problem. Then, I think the dealer needs to advise Honda that the TSB needs to be performed. Then it takes a few days to get the parts in.

Yes, TSB is not a recall.
The dealer should diagnose the problem first, and then make a decision whether that fix applies or not.
It's not like you just go in and ask for the service just because the TSB applies to your VIN.

Anyone have this tsb reformed recently? I just got an 04 and the car keeps popping out of first from a stop. The car has 111k miles.
