2nd gear popping out, but not from deceleration.
I know there was TSB about the 2nd gear popping out when decelerating, but mine is a little different, when I shift into 2nd, as soon as let off the clutch, it pop out into neutral and I end up grinding the gear (since my hand is still on the shifter).
I was going to change my tranny fluid first, just to make sure its not that, but could there be another problem? Or should I just take it to honda and have them look at it?

Is it wise to keep driving it then, even if im careful on shifting into second? I can still get into second 95% of the time.

You probably won't damage your transmission driving it for a short while until you can make preparations for getting the transmission rebuilt, since the damage is probably already done (bad synchro, shift fork)
Even though my transmission was grinding and popping out of gear, the gears inside looked like brand new when I disassembled it, the synchros are what is getting damaged by the grinding noise. That being said I would get it rebuilt (or do it yourself) as soon as possible just for the relief from the annoyance of the popping out of gear and grinding. You want to enjoy driving again. Trust me.

Taking apart a trans this wed and thursday with the EXACT same problem. The shifter feels like it does not go fully into 2nd, and it pops out and grinds.
I'm sure I will find a damaged drive collar, or bent shift fork, or damaged syncro. or maybe all 3.
